Full Time Customer Service Representative

Our growing dental distribution company is looking for awesome candidates to join our team as a Customer Service Representatives. We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to our customers’ issues and then use the training we have provided combined with their “can-do” attitude and offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidates for this role will invest in acquiring product knowledge, have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and have an interest in medical/dental procedures, as this knowledge is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming customer calls: order taking, upselling, suggestive selling, billing payments & issues, product knowledge & problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Uses information in CRM to advance each customer's unique objectives.
• Updates relevant information in CRM database during and after each call. Connects with relevant sales rep about any issues/opportunities requiring immediate follow-up.
• Works with management team to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Takes an active interest in acquiring product knowledge and professional self-development.
• Contributes to company's bottom line by solving problems for frustrated customers and turning problems into opportunities.

Education & Skills:

• High school diploma required. College and/or undergraduate degree preferred.
• High level of professional commitment & personal integrity
• Excellent verbal & written skills
• French fluency (Quebec preferred) would be an asset
