Thank you for your purchase of The Surgical Room product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please see the following steps to complete your return:

  1. Fill out the following form in as much detail as possible (DO NOT USE this form for product quality issues). Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.
  2. Please print and include the Returns Authorization Form with your return items. Any items returned without the Returns Authorization Form will be rejected. If your return is approved, we will email you a Return Label to affix to the returning box.
  3. Affix the return label to the returning package and call FedEx to arrange for pick up. Please ensure that all return items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. If approved, we will issue a refund. If not approved, we will send items back at your cost.

NOTE: Items damaged due to improper return packaging or having the Return Label affixed directly to the item(s) rendering it unsaleable will result in higher re-stocking fees and/or loss of credit.

If you were sent the wrong item and it is our error, we cover the cost of a Return Label from FedEx. If it is your error, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. DO NOT send items back via collect shipment, or shipping charges will be deducted from your credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After inspection and approval of the return, a store credit will be applied to your account. There are no credit card refunds on returned goods. If an exchange has been approved, any replacement products will be invoiced and charged at shipping. Upon return of the original item(s), your account will be credited for the returned goods once we have inspected and approved the return.

 

Instrument Returns:

Do not return instruments without first getting approval from The Surgical Room as a picture of the instrument may be requested prior to return approval.
Kindly note that we are NOT accepting returns on used and/or opened items unless they are properly sterilized and returned in a sealed sterilization bag. Un-sterilized instruments will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Any unused products must be returned in original condition/packaging. 

Unused, unsterilized items in their original packaging may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. PPE items, made to order (i.e. Special order) items, products that are no longer in their original condition, opened packages, expired items, clearance items, discontinued or expired items, and saline and sterile water are not eligible for refund or exchange. Handpieces also may not be returned unless part of a loaner/trial basis program.
